Because many of our products are custom-made, our return policy is different from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before order has shipped for a full refund.

Because many of our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or the order has shipped.

Returns – Custom Items

Most of our products, including curtains, shades, custom tracks, pillow covers, and certain hardware, are custom-made to your specifications. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects, damage, or errors made by us.

Errors or Quality Issues (Our Responsibility)

If there is a quality issue caused by us, such as:

  • Incorrect size
  • Incorrect color
  • Wrong item
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Shipping damage

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will, at our discretion:

  • Remake the product
  • Repair or modify the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a refund if necessary

We will cover shipping costs for issues caused by our error.

Measurement Errors (Customer Responsibility)

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements.

If curtains do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer:

  • We may offer modification services (customer pays shipping and modification costs)
  • If modification is not possible, we may offer a 50% discount on a replacement order within 30 days of delivery

Returns – Non-Custom Items

Some non-custom items may be returned.

Returnable Items:

  • Adjustable curtain rods
  • Wands
  • Rings
  • Clips
  • Accessories

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom curtains and sheers
  • Hardware
  • Custom tracks
  • Custom bedding
  • Fabric swatches
  • Sample books
  • Clearance items
  • Used or damaged items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may take several days)
