We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

Many of our products, including custom curtains, shades, rods, and tracks, are made to order according to customer specifications.

Processing Time:

  • Standard processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Holiday or peak season processing time: 13–35 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Standard items and accessories may ship sooner than custom-made items.

During major holidays or high-volume periods, delivery times may be extended.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using major carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • USPS

We select the carrier based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Curtains and hardware cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made after carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.
